Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to submit a counter-notification. A counter-notice provides an opportunity to dispute the claim of infringement.

Your counter-notification must contain the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Eandj Design Studio may be found. You must also state that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of alleged infringement.

We will forward your counter-notification to the original complaining party. The removed content may be restored within 10-14 business days if the complaining party does not file a court action against you.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Eandj Design Studio terminates the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. Users found to repeatedly post or share copyrighted material without authorization will have their accounts deactivated.

This policy applies to all forms of content submitted to our platform, including articles, images, and comments. We review all claims and counter-claims carefully to ensure fairness and compliance with applicable laws.
